I mustered up the courage to step onto the mats for the first time last October. The coaches and team were very welcoming, helpful, and have since fueled a new passion I have for learning 10P Jiu Jitsu. Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all skill levels and fitness backgrounds. Our instructors will help you progress at your own pace, whether you're here to improve fitness, learn self-defense, or advance in Jiu Jitsu.

How often should I attend classes to see progress?

For consistent progress, we recommend attending classes 2-3 times per week. However, you’re welcome to train more frequently based on your goals, schedule, and how your body feels as you progress.

Will jiu jitsu training help me reduce stress?

Yes! Jiu Jitsu is an excellent way to manage stress. Our training incorporates both physical activity and mental focus, providing an effective outlet for releasing tension and improving your overall well-being.

Is there sparring involved in the classes?
